IP Strategy That Drives Enterprise Value

We bridge the gap between complex engineering and defensible, high-value patent portfolios.

The Work Behind the Vision

Built for Innovators Who Take Intellectual Property Seriously

Invention Matters® is a specialized intellectual property firm focused on strategic IP positioning for the high-tech industry.

What sets us apart is our Patent Fire® model, which pairs Ph.D.-level subject matter experts with veteran patent attorneys. By integrating deep technical expertise with advanced big-data analysis, we ensure each filing is not only technically precise but strategically positioned to maximize value in litigation, licensing, and acquisition.

Our Strategic Philosophy: IP as a Business Asset

We believe that innovation drives progress, but strategic positioning determines success. At Invention Matters®, we serve as more than just a filing firm; we are technical advisors who help corporations unlock hidden value for revenue growth and competitive advantage.

The Invention Matters® Difference

  • Bridging Technology & Strategy: We align complex engineering with market execution to drive competitive advantage.
  • Enforceability-First Approach: We prioritize patent enforceability to maximize impact during litigation or acquisition.
  • Unlocking Enterprise Value: We use Ph.D.-level expertise and big-data analysis to turn IP into a revenue engine.

Our Commitment to Responsible AI

AI holds extraordinary potential to drive positive human impact—but that potential will only be realized through a responsible, people-centered approach. At Invention Matters®, we believe responsible AI means designing and deploying systems that prioritize human well-being, fairness, transparency, and accountability. It means focusing not just on what technology can do, but on who it serves, how value is created, and whether that value is shared broadly and equitably. By centering people, ethics, and real-world outcomes, we aim to ensure AI innovation creates meaningful, lasting value for individuals, organizations, and society as a whole.
